BEaT Centre consists of 22,000 sq feet built on two levels which is divided into individual units. Each unit
ranges in size from 150 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. The units are suitable for all types of businesses from manufacturing, warehouse distribution to premium office space. The rental cost is very competitive. We recognise the need for flexibility when starting up a new business and therefore there is independent access to each unit so your workspace is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The centre
meets all statutory and fire regulations. There is ample secure parking.

Balbriggan Enterprise and Training Centre has a number of training rooms, which are available to hire. These training rooms are equiped with broadband connections and can faciliate up to 20 students at a time. In order for businesses to remain competitve we recognise the necessity for for a skilled workforce. Therfore we offer ECDL, FETAC and City and Guilds accredited training delivered in partnership with BEDG (Balbriggan Enterprise Development Group. Each unit within the centre is wired for direct dial telephone service incorporating a voice mail system which is password protected.
During times when the unit is unoccupied the phones can be switched to voice messaging and messages can be externally listened to.
Calls can be forwarded to the main switchboard in reception on a request basis.
We offer monthly print outs of all outgoing and incoming calls, which enables the tenant to keep a track of phone activity.
We have installed centralised phone billing, giving the tenant cheaper phone rates.

All post for the Centre is delivered to the main reception area. Post is then sorted and placed into each unit's individual post box, in reception, for collection by tenant. Reception will also sign for packages on the instruction of the tenant, if they are absent when couriers arrive.
